A long-established building company based in Hartlepool called Seneca Homes, required a re-brand. The proposition for us was to create a new identity that would convey quality and individuality.
A revised approach to luxury house building would employ far greater internal specifications, to be applied to the existing development and in planned superior developments, with ambitious plans to build around 150 homes by 2020.
The Wynyard Homes brand was born. We managed the rebrand of the company starting with the distinctive double-tick identity and applied across website, development signage and company literature. We organised PR and increased their social media presence which contributed to a highly successful launch within a very competitive market.
