ABOUT US

DOWN TO EARTH. AND WATER.

John and Karan Campbell, co-founders of Chemtech Environmental, have been getting down and dirty with clients since 2002.

Working previously for other labs, they’d seen it all. Lost samples, missed deadlines, promises made and not kept. Fed up with making excuses for poor performance, they decided to go it alone, setting up Chemtech Environmental to challenge shoddy standards and accepted industry norms.

Operating from small industrial premises, the tide started to shift when they introduced a 5-day turnaround as standard service.

A steadily growing customer base came to rely on fast, accurate and reliable reporting and the company was able to grow into a 30,000 sqft purpose-designed lab facility.

The company has grown but the commitment to provide 5-star customer service remains, and we’re still pushing the envelope. What other lab would be championing a minionesque man in a white coat as a company mascot?
